The Problem with a Lack of Civility in Health Care with Cynthia Clark

Listen Now

Joining us this week on the Healthcare Experience Matters Podcast for a chat about civility is Cynthia Clark PhD, RN, ANEF, FAAN.

She is the Founder of the Civility Matters initiative and Professor Emeritus at Boise State University. She is also an award-winning professor, scholar, and author.

A lack of civility is problematic to nearly every workplace setting, and as health care professionals, it is imperative that we work in environments that promote civility, respect, and collaboration. Dr. Clark has made it her life’s work to help create and sustain healthy work environments through her initiative, Civility Matters, which we discuss at length in today’s interview.
