Whitney Murphy is a healthcare executive and consultant with more than 15 years of experience leading complex hospital operations and advancing cultures of safety, learning, and performance. She has served as Vice President of Surgical Services at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Vice President of Operations at Asante Health System, leading large-scale initiatives to strengthen efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment.

Today, Whitney partners with healthcare leaders to create environments where people feel safe to speak up, innovate, and solve problems together—integrating principles of psychological safety and continuous improvement. As a certified practitioner of The Fearless Organization Scan, she helps organizations turn psychological safety from an abstract concept into a strategic and measurable driver of performance excellence.

Whitney lives with her husband and three children on Bainbridge Island, Washington, where she enjoys hiking, boating, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
