Kim Bixler

Vice President, Client Engagement

With over 18 years of experience, Kim joins the Healthcare Experience Foundation as the Vice President of Client Engagement. Her passion and expertise in performance improvement is transferred through her efforts to support and grow her clients’ strategic initiatives in the healthcare environment.

Kim started working in the healthcare space in 2006, and she has continued to grow her organizational relationships as a trusted advisor providing solid solutions and improvements across the healthcare continuum with organizations across the country. Prior to joining HXF, Kim worked in a similar capacity for Press Ganey as a Managing Director and with HealthStream as a Regional Director in their Patient Experience Division.  In her work with Large Academic Medical centers, top 100 hospitals and rural facilities, she has been responsible for Patient Experience solutions, Coaching, Development and Engagement services keeping clients informed of industry trends and resources. Her work ethics and devotion to her clients has remained steadfast to ensure their success.

Though her career, Kim has also worked for two Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Recipients; Baptist Leadership Group and Studer Group. Ranging from standalone critical access hospitals to large multi-location national accounts and medical practices, Kim continues to lead teams responsible for providing a consistent improvement approach in service delivery for any type of health care organization. She prides herself on delivering solutions that best support hospital systems through regulatory, reimbursement changes and workforce development training.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Illinois State University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of West Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and dogs in the mountains or at the beach, whichever the weather favors!
