About This Event
We're excited to offer this 3-session program on November 7, 14, and 21. Leaders are accountable to deliver outcomes and at the same time balance new and unprecedented pressures. Leading for Healthcare Experience Excellence is designed to equip and support high potential, emerging, and those newer to leadership.
Each module is based on Healthcare Experience Foundation’s national experience in leadership development to achieve retention, employee and physician engagement, patient experience of care, and quality/safety results.
This will be an energetic and collaborative learning experience to equip authentic leadership strategies to the leaders closest to influencing the very best care.
This live virtual event will take place on November 7th (day one), November 14th (day two) and November 21st (day three), each session, from 11am-3pm EST; 10am-2pm CST; 9am-1pm MT; 8am-12pm PST for a total of 12 hours of learning during the three days. Our expert coaches and speakers will cover objectives important to today's leaders and leadership teams:
- Apply core leadership principles to advance employee, physician, patient experience and quality outcomes
- Strengthen interpersonal wellbeing for leaders to navigate today's healthcare environment
- Expand Foundational skills to increase cohesion, engage and retain staff, and foster healthy team environments
- Implement a proven leadership toolkit to move from development to action
