Robert Eisinger, PhD

Chief Academic and Administrative Officer
Robert joins Healthcare Experience Foundation after 20+ years in higher education and the private sector. As Healthcare Experience Foundation’s Chief Academic and Administrative Officer, Robert plays a critical role in supporting the growth of the organization, aligning our solutions to meet the learning and leadership demands of healthcare leaders, staff, and physicians.

A political scientist by training (B.A. Haverford College, M.A., Ph.D. University of Chicago), Robert began his leadership journey teaching and writing about public opinion, and the intersection of political institutions and behavior. He is the author of numerous articles and works, including The Evolution of Presidential Polling (Cambridge University Press). After fourteen years as a professor at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, Robert served as a Dean of Liberal Arts at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and later as Dean of the Feinstein College of Arts and Sciences at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. Seeking another challenge, Robert returned to his home turf of Long Island, New York, to serve for six years as the Chief of Staff of the Research Science team at The NPD Group, which later became Circana.

Robert’s expertise in survey research, combined with his appreciation for building a positive culture, developing strategic plans, running day-to-day operations, and engaging in creative, collaborative problem solving, will serve HXF as it continues to provide excellence to his clients and partners. Robert has a particular passion in supporting and nurturing the future healthcare workforce in professional development with medical school, nursing and allied cared care education. In his spare time, Robert enjoys reading, writing, cooking, listening to jazz and classical music, traveling, and golfing.
