Kathy is a Coach and National Speaker with the Healthcare Experience Foundation and also serves as the Vice President for Community Engagement for the World Games, Birmingham.

Her strong experience across an array of service industries gives Kathy a unique perspective on healthcare’s strengths and challenges. She combines proficiency in healthcare human resources and organi-zational development with service excellence work, resulting in a highly experiential coaching and mentoring style.

A strategic thinker, Kathy focuses on solutions, and approaching improvement with creativity, innovation and collaboration. She has held a number of positions in healthcare leadership ranging from Organizational Development to Director of Service Excellence for multi-hospital health systems.
